(Keg at One Pint Pub, 20241227) The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and nearly white. Aroma had grass, molasses, biscuits and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, toasted malts, molasses, biscuits and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. This beer had all the features a proper bock should have. The aroma was a little bit too light. I especially liked the fact that the sweetness was mostly subtle.

(Draught at Mikkeller Berlin, 20 Apr 2023) Reddish brown colour with foamy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with bread, caramel, raisins and prunes. Malty, fruity, slightly roasty taste with notes of dark bread, toast, caramel, prunes and a balanced spicy bitterness. More than medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty, harmonious and well balanced. Very nice.
