Conquistadors Hazy IPA, top fermented beer. The combinaniton of Idaho 7, Mosaic, Azacca, ElDorado and Ahtanum hops will get you with its specific tangerine and tropical fruit tones. This beer has lower bitterness but very strong long lasting hoppy aroma. Added flakes (wheat and oat) also make it mild and nicely smooth in taste.

Tap at the brewpub. Murky yellow body, off-white head. Big orange aroma, along with stone fruit, peach juice. Good hop and ester balance. Prickly lean, dry, even lightly bitter taste, mostly peachy and lightly tropical before the herbal bitterness stop building. Don't expect NE juice, this is a serious light hazy. Quality stuff, just slightly unbalanced by the growing bitterness.
