Liberator APA is a session ale hopped with Centennial and Mosaic hops. It tastes and has aroma of pineapple, mango and tangerine. We got inspired by the US Consolidated B-24 Liberator bomber and created this beer with 24 IBU’s.

(Draught at Vinohradský Pivovar, Prague, 22 July 2023) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, resin and grass. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, grass, resin and a balanced citric/piney bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing APA. Nice one.

Draft. A unclear golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of exotic fruits, phenol, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of phenols, fruit, straw, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Canned (from beerdome.cz). Clean golden colour, mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some nectary and mildly wooden tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, some toffeeish and mild nectary tones.

Pours dark golden to light orange, almost clear, a bit hazier on second pour. A couple of fingers of frothy white head, decent retention and hints of lacing. A clean, very freshly feeling, reasonably intense aroma: lightest cereal, white bread base, very nice fruitiness (tangerine most notable, lighter grapefruit and peach) followed by a half-grassy, half-resinous background. Taste notes follow the aroma, with quite good definition and very nice balance: bittersweet mouth with the slightest bittering edge in a semi-dry, clean finish/aftertaste. Light bodied with average carbonation; a lively enough, very easy-going mouthfeel. This beer aims at drinkability and freshness, and does it's jobs very well.
