(750ml bottle from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours clear amber-god with a decent sized, stable white head and a little lace. Aroma is nice lightly honey sweet yellow grape, Meyer lemon, candied ginger, herbal accents, lightly funky/fruity Brett-type flora, wood is buttery, a little spicebox. Flavour is tart but not too sour, lactic lemony acid profile, tart green grape, lemon zest too, some pheonls, mineral near-salinity, peppery/woody elements take over towards the finish, slightly tangy ginger-ness, before being partly cleaned out somewhat by a smooth lactic/lemon driven mineral aftertaste. Light body, slick and oily, fairly smooth bottle-conditioned carbonation. Nice wine grape inflected saison, Dunham does this style quite well.
