When we say we love experimenting with flavours, styles and techniques, we really mean it. Inspired by our favourite cocktails, we have created a new series in which we take this to the next level and blur the lines between beer and cocktail.

Of course, we had to include the legendary Gin Tonic. A good G&T is more work than the simple recipe suggests, but once you have it, it is irresistible. The combination of gin, cucumber and lime has quenched our thirst on many summer evenings (and nights). The only thing missing was the Two Chefs twist. Cheers!
