We love to get out of our routine here at Prizm, so when the idea of making a collaboration with our friends of The Garden Brewery (Croatia) was brought and when Yakima offered us to try their new YCH 301 Cryo Frozen Fresh Hops, we figured that the best idea was to gather all of this around a good old double IPA. Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5

Minimal hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of grapefruit, some oranges, resinous hops. Taste of mid sweet stone fruits, apricot, peach, resins, long bitter finish.

Tap at La Binouze, first Beer Trip of the year in Paris, 23rd January 23. Pours a clear oily golden. Aroma is floral and peach. Taste is floral, perfume, fruity, a tingle of bitterness. Pleasant
