First off, sorry for making a 16.6% Stout, the yeast was really happy on this fermentation. But trust us, this "Angry Little Grandma" doesn't taste that boozy at all. We wanted to create a Mexican Mole inspired beer by adding Piloncillo, Cacao Nibs, Cinnamon, Ancho Chilies and Vanilla Beans to bring all the ingredients together. Although this beer has chilies, this beer is barely spicy. The Ancho Chilies lend more of a smokiness to the overall complexity of the beer.

200ml shared with Matt, Ryan, Brian, Phill and the most powerful worldwide ticker. Mix of cinnamon and chillies. Some fruity character added in the taste to the spice mix. A bit too much spice.

Tap. Black color with off-white head. Aroma is cinnamon, mild chili. Taste is cocoa, cinnamon, mild chili catch, good balance. Velvety mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very good!

[10/21/2021] Draught at Mikkeller & Friends in Copenhagen. Black. Very spicy, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, chili, chocolate, some vanilla, sweet, chili spiciness, alcohol, full-bodied.

Tap@M&F, Copenhagen (21/10/2021) - black with a tan head. Dark sweet and roasted malty with notes of chilli and cinnamon spice, sweet chocolate, full body, dark malty spiced finish. Lovely.

Tap @M&F. Black, slightly oily, no head. Heavy dark malt, dusty nuts aroma, chili and cinnamon. Bittersweet flavour, heavy dark malty, cinnamon, chili. Alc and chili warmth in the finish.

Bottle. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong cinnamon, cocoa, brown sugar, vanilla, peppers. Slick body, vanilla, cocoa, cinnamon, chilis, boozy finish, very nice.

22 Feb '19, Groninger bottleshare at Arjen, Thick black sweet molasses, cinnamon, chillies, firm roasted, strong and firm dark malts, vanilla, a bit too young peppers, decent but could have used some aging, still ok. Chillies are a bit of guilty pleasure, however not the greatest.
