Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Bit hazy yellow golden. Crisp apple, peppery grapes, fennel, grassy, lots of spicy white grapes, peach. Just medium sweet and light bitter, barely any sourness. Full bodied, medium dry. Lovely and unique, a true hybrid between wine and cider, very well done.
