Noblesse Oblige is an exceptional beer brewed in a collaboration between Jester King Brewery in Texas and Au Baron. It is brewed with Sabro hops, a very bitter hop with exotic flavors. To balance this pungent bitterness, we pour honey into the boiling tank, which gives the Noblesse Oblige a nice high-level balance that makes it hyper-thirst-quenching!

This light Garde beer with a light and oily yellow robe is topped with a fine white head. On the nose, it has flowery aromas of malt, hops and fresh fruit with a light touch of honey.

Au Baron yeast
Brewed with honey
Malt: Pilsen, Munich
Hops: Sabro, Brewersgold, Cascade, Simcoe

Tap at Afterthought. Slightly hazy yellow-tan body. Monstrous, pillowy, white head. Wow, straddling the line between Grisette and Biere de Garde. Dry and bitter, but with enough malt depth to back it up. Really great beer.

Sampled from the tap at Afterthought. Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has light straw and bright citrus with grass and a hint of hay. Flavor has lots of bread and grass with some straw supporting.
