Dry, fruity and floral with some spiciness and farmyardy yeastiness.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete drucken med ölföreningen. En riktigt bra saison. Lätt, krispig och välbalanserad. Åt det torrare lite beskare hållet. Mycket gott

Draught @ Au Baron. Unclear blonde, good white head. Aroma of saison yeast, light honied floral sweet tone. Flavour profile continues, excellent harmony of flavour, there was sadly no information about this beer on the menu, normally I'd pick out Sabro but it seems very well hidden in this beer, the honey similarly very well integrated, just a lovely saison with a wonderfully balanced sweetness, nice bitter touch on the finish, hits the spot magnificently.

75cl Fles van Etre Gourmet. Komt zeer enthousiast de fles uit. Troebel lichtgele kleur, witte kraag. Droog, bloemig, lavendel, hint van honing, klein beetje funky, tikje vanille, vers witbrood, fris, bittere finish. Lichte body, glad mondgevoel, flink veel smaak voor het alcoholpercentage.

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Hazy yellow body, off-white head. Lovely lean, dry citric, somewhat herbal aroma, some lemon rock candy, lightly dusty. Spicy, oily, citric, distinctly hoppy, bitterish, smooth taste. Pretty good hoppy farmhouse, light, kinda simplistic, modern and retro, fun.

On tap @Grand Delancy. Just realized I had the OG version a week later at Beer Culture for way too much money. Hazy, pale gold, frothy pour. Wax, smoke, fennel, plastic nose. Waxy, super herbal, marigold. Mostly dry, very crispy, very astringent, decent acid, just too earthy & floral. Prefer the French OG.
