16 ounce can. Jet black pour is topped by a frothy dark tan head that settles to a small ring. Sweet roasted malt aroma hints at dark chocolate and oak. First sip brings notes of bittersweet chocolate, warming alcohol, vanilla and oaky bourbon. A bit on the sweet side. Somewhat smooth, but pleasantly hearty.

Pours a black colour and a sma dense beige head. Aroma's: bourbon, vanilla, woody, sweetish. Retronasal it's boozy, bourbon, woody. Flavour is moderate sweet, dark chocolate, roasty, woody. Full bodied. Long finish with chocolate, roast, moderate bitter. Fortunately not too sweet. Great stuff.
Een kleine 2 jaar later nog eens uit blik gedronken - wat inmiddels ook niet jong was. Boozier dan in mijn herinnering, ook wat dunner, maar nog steeds zeer smakelijk.
