The Stonefly series serves as a platform for our brewery to experiment with the industry’s most innovative hops, malts and brewing techniques. This year’s batch is an Imperial IPA featuring custom-malted, Tennessee two-row barley, de-bittered Centennial hop extract, Columbus Cryo hops, traditional Chinook and Talus T90 hop pellets.
The result is an IPA with big, juicy, tropical flavors and aromas of papaya, mango and citrus. Be sure to snag this extremely limited offering while it lasts!

Can @ Broadway Dive Bar, Manhattan (Oct 2023). Pours clear golden with a small foamy off-white head, mango-citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter citrus peel taste with faint unripe mango and papaya, smooth thin body, long medium bitter finish. Very smooth IIPA.
