16oz can from Tanner (rennat42), my first every beer from West Virginia. Poured into an old Corsendonk stemmed tulip glass at my daughters place in Laguna Hills on 25th January 2022. Cloudy, hazed dull yellow body, white head that thinned fairly quickly. Citrussy nose and taste, a delicious melon like flavour mentioned on the can, well there might be a trace of melon in there, but they definitely put the idea in my head. Being in California at the moment means I am getting some seriously hoppy IPA's, this is a different animal all together, the hops in here are mellow, and far from aggressive compared to the local brews in Southern Cal. Actually I liked it's subtlety and smoothness.

Can from Weihenweizen: pours mostly clear gold with a white head. Aroma is herbal, melon and citrus. Taste is lightly bitter, fruity and herbal notes. Pretty smooth. Nothing crazy but solid.

Refrigerated pint can poured into a glass. Slightly hazy golden with medium white head. Aroma is herbal/citrus hops, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is herbal hop, some evergreen, and a little citrus hops.
