17th December 2021. Sat alone at my daughters place in Laguna Hills, California. Everyone else has gone out to see a Christmas Light Show at some farm near Irvine, I'm full of cold (not Covid-19), so decided to stay in and not frighten people by blowing my nose and coughing. What better way to brighten up my evening than by having a shitty Mexican style lager? At least the brewery is a new tick for me! 12Fl Oz can into an old Corsendonk stemmed tulip glass, huge billowing white head, slight haze to the old gold coloured body. Dry tasting with a grainy front, back and sides (Maize I suppose). My throat liked it, even if my senses didn't.
