Smell-medium strong bread Foam- thin creamy malt, bread acidic tones. Appearance- simple botlke not designed for looks. Medium dark brown color. From - bottle Taste - bread, malt, acidic tones low sweetness. OK kvass.

100cl PET bottle from Balti Jaam market, Tallinn. Pours very dark caramel coloured with no head to speak of. Rye and sour berries with hints of caramel. Slightly sour, quite refreshing and enjoyable.

1l PET-bottle from a stall at the Central Market Hall, Riga. Fantastic rye bread nose. The Kvass starts nice round malty. Lots of rye bread there, not too sweetish with an interesting slightly sourish rye bread aftertaste with a subtle smooth sourness. Nice one!
