Collaboration with Coppertail Brewing Co. and AF Brew.
A double dry-hopped sour New England IPA, brewed with lactose and guava.

Taste: Sweet tropical guava comes front and centre, with a touch of lemon lime margarita following. A gentle sourness is balanced out by the creamy lactose and oat sweetness, and more tropical hoppy characters following. Overall the feeling is of taking a tropical fruit basket of guava, golden kiwi, mango, and citrus, blending them together, and serving in a refreshingly chilled glass. Relax in your hammock and watch the world with this beer by your side.

(Keg at Põhjala Taproom, 20190618) The beer poured golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had berries and tartness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were berries, tartness, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had berries and bitterness. A weird pale ale with tart notes.

Tap and bottle (thanks Elvira!) at Põhjala. Pours orange. Aroma and flavor are sour, sweet, fruity, citrus, massive lactose, yuzu. Didn't get much IPA from this, more like a fruit beer or something.

Tap @ Koht, Tallinn. Pours almost clear orange, some foam on the top there. Nose has lots of guava, tropical but not that sweet, nice guava juice character. Taste has also some guava, quite a lot of it, mixed with lacto making it feel sweeter than it probably should. Dry fruity sourness in the finish. Quite satisfying, perhaps too sweet but otherwise I do like it.

On tap at Põhjala Brewery & Tap Room, Tallinn. Slightly hazy golden with a modest, white head. Mild malty with lactic notes, hints of fruits and caramel. Moderate to medium sweet with acidic notes and fairly low flavour intensity. Surprisingly mild and somehow a bit refreshing, but not quite my cup of tea.
