Officially the unofficial beer of the Wet Bandits that is perfect for dodging booby traps & back-room super secret scheming. I Don’t Know No Snakes is a lagerbier we’ve been working on for a while now and it’s crazy tight and delicate with no room to hide your ulterior motives. Built on a base of the amazing and subtle Italian Ericlea malt, we sprinkled in carafoam and rice to keep it crispy with a creamy foam head. Then we snuck in some Hallertau Blanc for a gentle and deft dry hop. It’s so clean and crushable you probably won’t even notice AC ain’t in charge no more and Snakes, I’m gonna give you to the count of ten... ⠀⠀

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: glossy yellow color with some transparency about it and a two and a half fingers of white foamy head. This head slid off casually to leave some messy lace
Aroma: some sweet rice, grassy hops and clean malts.
Flavor: moderately sweet with the rice and hops balancing nicely; clean aftertaste of rice and grassy hops
Texture: light bodied, very sessionable, smooth along tongue; crisp light rice-like finish
Overall: I believe this was brewed to be a rice lager and I would say it fits as far as I know. Also, I dig the Home Alone reference.

Pours a lightly hazy, very, very pale golden yellow, with smallish head. Aroma is grass, cracker, malt. Flavors follow, with some mineral spice. Clean, crisp mouthfeel.

Aromas are bread, crackers, malt and a bit of urine. Flavors are simple, some malt and on the sweet side with just enough carbonation and bitter to make drinkable. Okay body and finish follows flavors.

16 oz can. Aroma shows me milled grain a d weak lemon. The flavor is white bread, lemon, with a very weak mineral content. Overall, is it a classic American lager. Certainly, you can find better craft lagers.

16oz can pours out crisp clean golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice light bread a little grassy hops and grain. Taste is more of the nice crisp grain malts cereal and grass.

Pint can from Ridgeview Liquors, 6.30.20. Hazy orange thin head that quickly fades. Aroma of lemon and pale malt. Taste lemon, dank, pale malt. Medium bodied slick.
