Our lager is brewed with 100% floor malted bohemian Pilsner malt and Noble hops. It has a delicate hop aroma, bready flavor and crisp finish. Some perceivable hoppiness give this beer flavor while still being extra drinkable.

Can from Total Wine & More, W. Hollywood. Clear, golden yellow, nice sparkle, 2-finger head with excellent retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong Pilsner malt and hint of citrus from the hops. Taste is strong Pilsner malt. Smooth, frothy, soft carbonation, dry finish as taste. Good representative of the style.

16oz tap pour at the Beach Hut Deli in Mission Viejo on 5th January 2023. Bright and clean light golden pour, short lived white head. Very dry from start to finish, certainly thirst quenching but lacked flavour or depth for me.
