12th December 2022, 4oz sample on a flight at the Ola Brew place in Hilo. Amber pour, off-white head. Resinous hops rule the initial sniff and taste, they are joined by other hop esters and flavors as the beer warmed a little, spicy and slightly citrusy. Nice!

(Keg at Bruuveri, 20210528) The beer poured deep amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had pine, pineapple, ripe apricots and pineapple. Palate was medium bodied and lightly warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, pineapple, marmalade, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had pine, malts and bitterness. A balanced and tasty brew that hid its high ABV very well. Good drinkability.
