After weeks of clandestine co-operation and planning, the Heist brew team were smuggled into Grimsby under the cover of darkness to collab brew Inside Job with Mike, Lewis and Rory. Combining and fusing together some of our favourite brewing techniques and beer styles, this Double Dry Hopped Dip Hop Imperial India Pale Lager is a truly collaborative effort. Inside Job is bursting with soft and juicy aromatics from Hallertau Blanc, Idaho 7, Wai - Iti and Minstrel hops. The lean malt body and cold fermentation promotes a ridiculous level of crushability you'd expect from a Lager whilst masquerading as an IPA.

440ml can kindly shared by Finn at Docks Beer. Covering white head, bright golden body, fair lacing. Dried fruity aromas, including apricot. Blended taste profile of apricot, stewed fruits, and cereal malts. Long-lived dried fruity tail, with warmth from the alcohol. Tasty, bit heavy to drink though. (Grimsby 15.10.2022).

440ml can from Message In A Bottle, Cleethorpes: BB 9th November 2022. Drank at home on 12th July 2022. Poured into a Batemans pint sleeve. Clean golden body, white head. Grainy with a slight farmyard aroma, taste is hop bitter with a farmyard earthiness.
