Derrière sa nervosité et sa force, la Rascasse est complexe, aromatique et équilibrée grâce à un Dry Hopping généreux( Cascade; Ahtanum). Ses malts amènent des notes de caramel et de biscuit.

33cl bottle from Epicery & Co, Toulon; BB 12th May 2023. Drank in the bay of Biscay as we sailed back to Southampton from the Med on 25th June 2022. Misty amber with a red hue, off-white topping. Malty front to the nose and taste, some citrussy esters and flavours in there too. Liked it.
