This easy drinking 3.5% session IPA goes big on flavour while staying light and sessionable. Big doses of Cascade and Ekuanot hops provide juicy flavours of citrus peel and papaya with a floral undercurrent. Low bitterness levels and the use of oats and wheat give a soft mouthfeel and a body that belies the low alcohol level.

Cask at Smithfield, Derby. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with minimal white head and good lacing. Floral hops to the fore in the aroma alongside some generic citrus. It the mouth it is briefly sweet and juicy but some bitterness creeps in very quickly. Flavour of stone fruits and oats with some hints of oranges and pepper. Finish is sweet and slightly dry. It’s reasonable.

Delt med Rune. Gusjegrågul. Høyt kremaktig skum som daler sakte & etterlater tykk lacing. Beskjeden sitrusaroma. Smaken frisk. Appelsin. Forsiktig tørr bitter avslutning.
