The third beer in our monthly Brewer's Project, this Pale Ale is single hopped with just Ekuanot. Expect intense and unique fruity and citrus notes including melon, berry, lime, apple and papaya. Finishing with some spicy, green pepper notes.

Hand-pulled pint at The Pheasant Inn & Brewhouse, Wellington Shropshire on 5th May 2022. Misty old gold body, white crown. Grapefruit esters and flavours ooze from the hops, the malts defo playing second fiddle in this one.
