Bottled (from Sonnisaari Shop). Black colour, mediumsized foamy brown head. Aroma is toffee, some nectar, mild coffee, roast and a wee bit alcohol too with some vanilla. Flavour is vanilla, coffee, liquorice, chocolate, mild alcohol as well as some roasted and toffeeish tones. Nicely balanced.

330ml bottle. Vertical with Aasi 21. More fruity and herbal than Aasi 21, not as intensely roasty and heavy with some coffee and licorice notes. Feels almost like a black DIPA.

(Keg at Olari After Dark 2023) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized lightly brown. Aroma had pine, burnt malts, dark chocolate and resin. Palate was full bodied and lightly warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, pine, resin, dark chocolate and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, burnt and bitter. A brew having very strong flavours and still it was balanced. Well brewed.

33 cl bottle @ home. Batch #380, BBE 16.11.2024 Aroma is fruity with some licorice and ash. Flavour has grapefruity hops, fruits, some ash and mild licorice. Closer to a black IPA than a stoput. Reminds me of Plevnan Siperia.

Tap at Lakeuden Festivaalit 2023, Helsinki. Color is almost Black with small slightly brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Chocolate, coffee, hops, roasted malts... very heavy malty body. Turboboosted Siperia

A small taste from a friend (tap) @ Oluthuone Leskinen. Pours very dark brown with a low tan head. Aroma is dry roasted malts. Flavor is dry roasted malts, coffee, alcohol, ashtray, hops. Good.

Bottled 330ml (AIH165)
Opaque colour, steady brownish head. Roasted and coffeish aroma with alcohol and light hop pellets. Full-bodied. Very bitter. Black coffee, pine and touch of licorice. Demanding like 2021 was.
