When he wants to take a Kōlsch and adjust it to his liking, his liking is exactly what you’re going to get. This beer is NOT REINHEITSGEBOT. But it is delicious. Mangō begins as a crisp and clean traditional Kōlsch, then receives a dry hop addition and natural mango flavor. The result is a beer that features a light and crisp body that pairs that with subtle mango flavor and a lingering sweetness at the finish.

Draft. A- Mango. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Mango, grains. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Lots of natural tasting mango. Yes, it overpowers the entire beer but it is a good flavor and it works. Not to artificial or sweet tasting.

Can @ home. Slightly hazy yellow with a medium sized white head that doesn’t last long. Smells and tastes fresh, fruity, mango, hops, sweet, floral. Quite nice and soft. Thin to medium body, nice carbo.

Can pour into nonic pint glass from Greg & Jane's Beer and Wine. Appearance is lightly hazy pale yellow with tons of sparkle, 1+ finger-width fizzy head with good retention and tons of soapy lacing. Aroma is mango, lighter yeast with a whiff of citrus and cracker. Taste is sweet mango balanced with lightly tart yeast. Palate is light bodied with thin texture, average carbonation and dry, crisp finish as taste. Overall, great look and a nice, nuanced addition of the mango that augments the style without completely changing it.

On tap at Baileys taproom. Pours a clear orange color with a small white head. A big sweet perfume mango nose. The flavor is big sweet mango, biscuit, straw. Ok. Tastes artificial.

On tap. Pours a hazy gold with a medium, frothy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Sweet fruity aroma of mango, tropical fruit, lemon and pale malt. Sweet fruity flavour of mango, tropical fruit, melon and wheat malt with a dry, mildly bitter grass finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Ok.
