A classic American Pale Ale. Maris Otter, aroma malt and a touch of Pale Crystal malt provide a juicy malt backbone. Pithy citrus Simcoe, Chinook and Centennial hops in the copper, we then dry hopped it with Chinook, Centennial and Amarillo for a balanced yet hop forward beer with bags of aroma. Brewed in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops.

Rated at CASK Pub and Kitchen. Soft, smooth and slightly grassy with hints of floral notes, citrus and grapefruit. Easy going but balanced

15th August 2023, The Boot, hand-pulled half-pint. Clean light golden body, white crown. Citrusy lead to the aroma and flavour, decent malt action for balance, nice!
