Draft pint in Carlsbad, California on 19th July 2023. White head on a clean golden body, fruity nose with a grapefruit and orange front, taste also fruity. Nice easy going Pale Ale.

Clear pale yellow form a scary looking can. Lots of grapefruit in the nose but it doesn't really smell like an IPA. Taste however, borders on IPA, I've tasted many IPA that were less insulting than this. Yes, stronger grapefruit rind impact fersher. Not much co2 and yes it is somewhat mouthcoating. Finish is definitely IPA. Longish bitter finish, just like any clean terribly on style IPA.

Can pour from Total Wine & More, Natick. It's a hazy golden yellow with light sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with excellent retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong grapefruit--like a Fresca. Taste is massive pink grapefruit, light citrus. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, not complex but good strength of massive grapefruit, especially for a pale ale.

Huge grapefruit and tangerine. Bursting with fruit flavour. Good malt backbone. Not exactly the bad type of plague if all their beer is like this. Orange amber pour with decent head. Very bitter end. Can.

Some bar in Fullerton: pours amber with a white head. Aroma is lemon juice, grapefruit juice... fruitiness generally. Taste is juicy... but not in the NE haze type of way, but quite literally. Easy drinking but seems stilted.
