Originally brewed as a feature beer for Smokejumpers Grill at Disney California Adventure, this beer captures California's juicy agricultural history. This Hazy IPA was built on a base of Pure Idaho, White Wheat, Dextra Pils, Unmalted Wheat, and Flaked Oat malts. It was hopped with Simcoe and El Dorado hops, and finished with white and yellow peaches!

Can to tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange cloudiness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet to tart white and yellow peach flesh and skin with an ample mixed citrusy hoppiness underneath and an even subtler guava and/or mango sweetness further down in there
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet quality with a sly tart undertone; finishes very peachy sweet with a rounded guava/mixed citrusy sort character and a speck of dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; fairly smooth along the tongue with some dryness; low-ish carb level and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: nicely done flavored IPA I would be willing to return to.

Can, from Binny's Beverage Depot, Chicago IL. Pours cloudy yellow gold with a small foamy off-white head, citrus-peach aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter peach dominated citrusy taste, smooth body, long prach finish. A bit too heavy on peach flavor.

From a 473ml can on 14/12/2025. Pours a ever so slightly hazy deep golden with a medium head. The nose features light peach and some candied fruit notes. Tastes of peach with a touch of pineapple, finishes tangy with more than a hint of sour in a moderate bitterness. Fullish bodied with average carbonation. A bit stylistically odd for a hazy, and doesn't quite come together, but interesting and tasty enough.

The amount of peach in this is a bit ridiculous. Decent otherwise. Thanks Barry!

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very fruity, with big peach Snapple notes that dominate. Flavour is much the same, with peach Snapple, subdued murky hops, and light hopburn. Fun but I donโ€™t like the base or adjunct execution. Meh.

On tap at MBCC 2025, green session. Pours murky yellow with a white head. Juicy tropical fruit on the nose. Flavour has juicy tropical fruit, gentle dank. Little complexity; okay.
