Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with pomegranates, raspberries, macadamia nuts, and vanilla beans. Don’t worry, the only thing spilled here is some beer. We treated this bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with pomegranates, raspberries, macadamia nuts, and Tahitian vanilla beans for a perfectly sweet-meets-tart delight with a slightly nutty finish. Best paired with 9 hours and 17 minutes of Middle Earth.

OC Local, 1st ever Beer Festival; Sunday 16th July 2023. 100ml pours. My second beer of the afternoon and also my last two beers of the festival. It was by far the best and biggest hitter at the event. Moody dark brown body, tanned topping. Boozy with a slight raspberry trace, sweet and slick, nutty and very, very drinkable.
