Creamy and sessionable pale ale, mashed in hot with pale malt and a blend of oats. We created a whirlpool in the kettle, then fermented with a specially selected yeast for a high-gravity, sweet finish. Dry hopped with Idaho 7 & Galaxy hops.

440ml can: BB 31st October 2023. Drank at home on 7th May 2023. Misty pale yellow body, white head. Semi-sweet citrus feel to this one, it's OK, but similar to so many beers out there.
