Champion homebrewer Mark paired the citrus notes of Opus with the stone fruit character of Voss Kveik yeast for the winning recipe from this years' Attic's Homebrew Clash. Now scaled up to a commercial scale, you can expect aromas of sweet peaches and orange segments, with a soft mouthfeel carrying layers of tangerine and more orange.

Can from Connolly's Wine Merchants. Pours a cloudy gold with small white top. Aroma has a bit of that yeasty citric note expected from a kveik pale but it doesn't dominate. There is some dankness and softer fruit notes. Taste wise - juicy sweet citrus, pine needles, pine resin in finish with a bit of pepper and zest. Very tasty. Nice slick body and fine carbonation. Very nice.

440ml can on 19th March 2023, the Wrekin Inn, Wellington. Misty golden pour, white cap. Citrusy nose and taste, slight peach like front, it's juicy with orange flavours coming through once the peaches fade away.
