Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a cloudy, deep golden with huge, lumpy sediments and a small, rough, off-white head. Lovely woody aromas with underlying acetic acid. Medium body, full throttle sourness with the acetic acids in the front, Brett and lactic acids to a lesser degree. There's "something" in there, which is different from your typical Brekeriet Sour - I will assume it's the rose hips. 060325

Bottle from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. Hazy golden with a small head. Tart with oak, rose hip, funk and some yeast. Pleasant.

Tasting at Peters, Ystad, Sweden (25/11/2023) - floral and herbal notes with some nice acidity, yeast, oak wooden accents, medium body, tart fruity finish.
