Our brewers in Portland got together with our homies at Wayfinder Beer to create this stellar Helles. Naturally carbonated through a method called "spunding," this lager is beautifully bright and effervescent, with subtle hints of toasted bread and honey. Ridiculously drinkable and balanced, Abaddon was brewed with German malts and hopped with Perle and Hallertau Mittlefruh to give it an expressive take on a traditional style.

29/XI/19 - sample @ Billies Craft Beer Festival 2019, BB: n/a - (2019-1920) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Aroma: smells like a lager beer, very malty, lots of cow fodder, grains. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, lots of grains, hay, soft bitterness, hoppy, bit sweet. Aftertaste: very malty, some ripe banana, little metallic, bitter touch.

Tap @ MBCC 2019, yellow session. Poured clear golden color. Malty, quite grainy aroma, some fruitiness, slight hops, slight sweetness. Crisp, good godied helles. Not bad.

Bottle share at Rev Nat's. Golden body with light haze, small foamy head. Big grassy, grainy aromas and taste. Spot on for the style.

On tap at PDX location. Pours golden with medium white spotty white head. The aroma is grass and toasted malt. Medium body, grass, citrus, bitter finish, very good.

On tap at Modern Times Flavordome, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings fresh herbal notes and light grass. Flavour is bright, with cereal malts, straw and grassy notes. Bright and fresh. Solid helles.
