Creak is a blend of two barrels filled in June and August 2021. Fermented with saison yeast, Lachancea, Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces before ageing for just over five months on carbonically macerated British Morello cherries. An ode to one of our favourite Lambic styles, this beer is intensely fruity with jammy notes of ripe cherries, vanilla and almond. Bright acidicty and tannic structure complement the underpinning funky elegance and barrel character leading to a moreish finish.

Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2023, Friday. Almost clear orange reddish beer with a white head. Aroma and Taste of red berries, grapes, vinegar, wine Barrel.

Pours clear, pinkred. No head. Scent is typical cherry, even the specific morello aroma shines trough and examplifies the cherries very well. Taste is full, cherry, tart, simple acidity but a nice refreshing beverage.

Draught Fine pinkish rim over beautiful, deep red clear beer. Musk, wild yeasts, forest fruit, animal pelt. Sweet and dry fruitflavours, as a mix of fresh and dried (red) fruit Light (almost lipsmacking) acidity as a side note. Light to medium bodied, but somehow nowhere feeling light, low-medium carbonation. Nice!

Clear bright red colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have juicy sweet and sour cherry. Fruity but plenty of dryness in the finish.
