We brewed this pale ale with silly amounts of Idaho 7, Motueka and Cashmere hops along with an experimental yeast strain known for creating beers with voluptuous body and ripe tropical fruit flavours. WDYT? We dig it...

Keg at the Chelmsford Craft Beer Festival. A lively pour! Hazy gold beer, big pillowy pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, the carbonation, considering the size of the head, is surprisingly low. Airy pale malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Light cooling pine into a fairly prominent but short lived skunk note. Crisp pine into nibbly hop spice. Nice candy fruits in here, a little Parma Violets rising above. Modest Idaho 7 tropical goodness coming through before a hop spicy semi dry finish. Weird. Weird but good. Weird in that the carbonation is a little low but the hop spice is high, the latter seems to offset the former. Overall another very good brew from Beak. Goes down tres easy.

An unexpected highlight. Described as voluptuous and well worth burying your head in. Thick and chewy, hops and zing, and all at 4.8%...! Loved it

Keg @ The Boot, Wellington. Pours hazed gold, white head. Spot on haze.. really well-balanced exotic hop presence without getting too smooth or sweet, just very satisfying overall.
