440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of mango and pineapple, zesty citrus. Taste is very juicy, tropical, mango and pineapple, peach, zesty lime and grapefruit finish. Medium bodied. For a core range pale this is superb.

440 ml can, as Beak Hum Pale, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 4.8%. Hazy pale yellow colour, large white head. Aroma of various tropical fruits, hints of citrus and sprucetips. Fizzy mouthfeel. Moderately sweet flavour, notes of citrus and tropical fruits, low bitterness.

Keg at Beak taproom, Lewes, East Sussex. A hazy golden/yellow coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, grapefuit, pine, tropical fruit taste and aroma. Tasty pale ale.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a big, lasting, frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, grapefruit, gooseberry. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a fresh crisp, light dank grassy, juicy tart grapefruit, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Keg at Fuggles. Great hazy colour in the glass with a good head and lacing. Not much aroma but lots of citrus hops in the mouth and a real zing. Loads of citrus that blitzes across the palate. Glad I got the half as I can see this getting a bit much.
