NEIPA with Wakatu in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with a massive amount of Cascade/Simcoe/Centennial.
Brewed especially for BCBF 2023, but more so in loving memory of the sweatest, cutest & most awesome Frenchie ever. Cheers, Billie, wish you were still here to see what effect you have had on the craft beer scene!

Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2023, Friday. A hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma and Taste of juicy hops, tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, moderate bitterness.

Pours unclear blonde. Small white head. Scent is malty, lime, citrus. Taste is sharp, hoppy , intense NE feel, to a soapy level even. Not their best yet, but agreeable.
