'On the pig's back' is a literal translation of the Irish 'ar mhuin na muice', which is used colloquially to mean 'in luck'.

We have a mega collab coming up soon with one of our favourite breweries soon, so lately we've been on the pig's back :-)

American IPA whirlpooled with Mosaic & Simcoe and dry-hopped with Centennial & Citra.

Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2023, Friday. Clear yellow golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma and Taste of citrusy hops, yeast, yellow fruits, lacto.

Pours clear blonde, small white head. Scent is piney, quite intense and typical. Taste is sharp, bitter, piney, intense, outspoken and styletypical. Quite enjoyable indeed !
