Location: 16.9 oz bottle from Milk and Hops - Chelsea, 9/30/16, Rating #5700!

Aroma: Fruity and salty, lots of tart apricot-like fruit notes with an almost shellfish-like salinity
Appearance: Hazed white-yellow color with a white head and some light-medium lacework
Flavor: Tart and quite salty, apricot, citrus rind, and wheat all come through, but the salt stars
Palate: It has a pretty nice, puckering mouthfeel, the carbonation is fairly lively, with a long close
Overall Impression: Definitely a beer for those that like their Gose to be big, salty, and sour. There's not much subtle going on here, this one is screaming what it is and what it is trying to be. Not sure I could handle the heartburn of drinking this often, but as a one-timer, I've got no complaints.

Bottle at home grabbed from city hops the other day. Peach looking no bubbles small filmy head. Nose is just what you’d imagine a apricot gose to smell of, doesn’t dissapoint. Tastes of nice tart apricot, lime, hint of briney salt, grapefruit, hint of yogurt. Quite tart and drying finish. Pleasant.
