Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2023, Saturday. Clear golden beer, no head. Aroma and Taste of sour apricot, peach, pale malt, easy to drink.

Pours clear blonde. No real head. Scent is funky, soapy, fruits not as specifically , more like a generic 'treefruit' Taste is tart, dry. Mild on the fruits, but decent nevertheless.

On tap at Balance, pours a mostly clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of floral apricot notes, wild yeast, rustic saison heart, and a touch of oak — very cohesive and complex. Flavour follows through, with lots of floral apricot notes, wild yeast, rustic notes, and some toasted grains. Buggy, fruity, and cohesive, retaining that great farmhouse character. Expertly brewed and blended.

Pale blond colour with light haze and no head. Aroma had initial fruity sharpness. Then straw and apricot jam. Tastes very floral. Flavour is a little vinous and has fresh apricot and stones which seems to add a bitter note too.
