750 ml dark bottle, from Helgø MENY, Hundvåg. ABV is 4.7%. Slightly hazy golden colour, pours sparkling with a moderate to small white head. Aroma of oxidised apples, elderflowers and herbal hops. The flavour is slightly on the dry side, with the same elements as the aroma, but overall with a somewhat "unfresh" character.

YG 120423. Orange color. Aroma is apples, hint of hop. Flavor is apples, hint of hop., sourness, sugar, oranges, peaches, grass. Ordinary cider.

Small bubbly-creamy shortlasting head, cloudy dark orangy color. Aroma is slightly fresh and sweet fruity, elderflower, fresh apples, leafs, flowers, grass, perfume, hops, apple cores, hints of citrus. Taste is slightly sweet floral, apple cores, grass, flowers, hay, elderflower, harsh hops, leafs, dusty apples, bark, apple peel, alcohol, hints of citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh floral mouthfeel. Weird.

Bottle, 75cl. A quite hazy orange colored cider with some carbonation and a rim of bubbles. Quite sweetish apple aroma, think apple jam or baked apple, along with a gentle tropical, orangey hoppyness. Pineapple, peach, grass, a touch of orange and a very light herbal note. It's medium bodied and a little bit dead on the palate, a bit more carbonation would've done good with the fruity sweetness. Apple driven flavor too, sweet, but with a bit more hoppyness than on the nose. Quite shortlived finish. Wonder if they made it sweet to stand up against hoppy bitterness, but didn't know that dryhopping don't give you much bitterness. Anyway, it's a quite tasteful cider, but it's too sweet and flat for me. 230412
