Unser 8. NanoDog-Bier ist eine knackige, erfrischende und fröhliche Unterbrechung zwischen all den hopfigen und trüben Schwergewichten, die wir in letzter Zeit gebraut haben. Simcoe, Saphir, Cascade und Melon Hopfen treffen auf Weyermann Pils Malz für ein frisches und blumiges Lagerbier, das in Deutschland gebraut und in einer streng limitierten Anzahl von Einzeldosen zu dir nach Hause geliefert wird. Tap at Brewdog, Birmingham. Light hazed gold with small white head. Taste has a cereal with a touch of lemon and tropical fruits. Great soft body and carbonation to this. It even improved as it warmed up which is often not the case with a pale lager.

Keg at Brewdog Canary wharf. A light hazed pale gold coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is crisp flaked cereal grins, applez leafy hop. Flavour is composed of semi sweet cereal grains, corn, midget gems, fruity esters, white sugars, white grape. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, fine carbonation. Bit too sweet and fruity.

Keg at BrewDog Camden, 01/11/23. Clear golden with a good sized white cap that retains well. Nose is pale malts, light floral tones, breads, hint of melon and background tropical fruit. Taste comprises pale and bready malts, herb, lemon rind, grass, tangerine, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent fresh and juicy number if not particularly true to style.

Can from BD Inverurie. It pours clear yellow - blonde with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is green, herbal, damp grass, leafy , forest undergrowth, rich tea biscuit, madeleine and doughy white bread. The taste is crisp, dry, clean, bitter - sweet, grassy, green, herbal, touch of green veg, doughy white bread, cereal, sponge cake, white sugar and a snap of peppery spice with drying finish. Average body and fine, prickly carbonation. A touch sweet perhaps but decent anyhow.

On tap at BrewDog Soho, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt, herbal notes, and straw. Flavour is full of biscuity malt, subtle herbal notes, and straw. Clean and straw-like, with a crisp finish. Good stuff.
