Draught at Cider House, Edinburgh. Hazy yellow gold colour, thin white rim and aroma of fruit, apple, citric. Taste is sweetish, tart, apple, tangy, fruity, with citrusy acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying citric fruity & tart finish. Nicely drinkable.
