5/12/2023. Can shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours close to black with a small beige head. Aroma of dark chocolate, roasted malt, biscuit, dark fruits, cherry, berries, hints of nut and liquorice. A little sweet with moderate roasted bitterness. Quite full bodied, smooth, soft carbonation. Good stuff.

Panda at home, thanks to the Ed Danlo, 19/11/23. Black with a khaki cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is mellow roast, dried red berries, mellow roast, hint of Turkish Delight, brown sugar melt, nutty tones. Taste comprises dark malts, chocolate, cherry skins, molasses, red berries, toffee fudge, charr, light roast, perfume. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Decent fun pastry affair ... if running a touch a sweet.

Taste is sweet, ripe cherry, alittle tartness, rich malty, dark chocolate, with booze and earthy roast bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, full bodied, soft carbonation, lingering cherry & earthy roasted bitter boozy finish. Very drinkable, a cherry ripe in a glass!
