Panda at home thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear deep orange coloured pour with a small halo of white bubbles. Aroma is nice woody apple, mellow funk, grass, pinhcof spicy vinegar, . Flavour is composed of crisp, drying apple pith, woody bark , notes, juicy apple, light tang, pineapple, grass. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, fizzy, slightlu prickly carbonation. Nice.

5/12/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale amber gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, pulpy, mucky, rubbery, apple, floral petrol edge. Quite sweet with light tartness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Very dry finish. Nice.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 21/11/23. Clear golden copper with a limited head of light spotting. Nose is bitter sweet apple, herb, straw, dusty hops. Taste comprises caramelised apples, sugars, tannins, apple puree, light funk, straw, light orchard wood notes. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying close with a tangy edge. Decent.

750ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. Hazed orangey golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, mucky funk hint, with citrusy hops. Taste is sweet and tart, apple, fruity, some mucky funk notes, woody, mellow, zesty juicy orange citrus hop and some drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart & tannic hopped finish. Nicely drinkable.
