500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple, strawberry, funk. Taste is tart, fruity, apple, strawberry, caramel, with sharp solventy funk and some drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
