500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Slightly hazed yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, fleshy, funk, caramel. Taste is tangy, fruity, apple, pineapple hint, with alittle funk and some soft tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
