Made from the rehydrated pomace of foxwhelp apples handpicked from an ancient orchard in Herefordshire's beautiful Grey Valley this is a delicious lower alternative to our full strength ciders. Chill and serve as an aperitif or with lemony fish dishes and tomato based salads.

750ml bottle from Artistraw. Foam over on opening. Pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white head and aroma of apple, zesty citrus, strawberry & caramel hints. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, fleshy, fruity, with a strawberry note, alittle funk and lemony citric acidity. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying tart lemon zesty finish. Nicely drinkable.
