Made from the fruit of apples we propagated 15 years ago for our friends on Longhill, now the fruit of our combined labours has come back to Prospect. The orchard is a mix of mild bittersweets, cookers and dessert fruit, and at similar altitude to Prospect Orchard, but on the other side of the valley.

750ml bottle from Welsh Mountain Cider. 2022 Vintage. Deep orange gold colour, thin white rim and aroma of apple, fruity, orchardy, leather, funk. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, orchard floor, leathery, funky, with drying earthy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
