750ml bottle from Real Ale Shop, Newark. Clear golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of sharp funk, apple. Taste is tart, tangy, acetic, farmhouse funky, apple, leather, oak, some acidity, along with earthy tannin. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
